And you thought you knew Mexican food...

Amazing and creative meals was a highlight of my latest trip to Mexico City.  This recent article by my friend Judith Rodriguez Servin will tell you why. Chefs like Enrique Olvera & Daniel Ovadia are taking an avant garde approach to traditional Mexican dishes and it is mouthwatering.  I'm still dreaming of the mole from Pujol.

And the best part is a fine gastronomic experience at one of the top 50 restaurants in the world will cost you under $100 USD (excluding alcohol).  Now that's a great value. 

So if you love trying great new foods and are on the hunt for a long weekend getaway, look no farther than Mexico City.
